NSPA CEU Information

--Getting Continuing Education is an important part of being a personal trainer. NSPA provides hands-on CEU courses and some online courses. NSPA give 2 CEUs for each hour if you take an NSPA CEU class.

--You can also obtain CEUs from other sources. You get one CEU per class hour. So, if you take a 3 hour non-NSPA CEU course you would earn 3 CEUs. You can earn CEUs by taking a course related to the field of health and fitness or going to conferences.

--We also give CEUs for college credit. You get 7 CEUs for each college credit. So a three credit course would be 21 NSPA CEUs. The college course must be related to the field of health and fitness.
