Exam Re-Testing Information

1. The entire exam (written & practicals) is taken at the same time.
2. A score of 75% is required to pass the written exam.
3. Practicals are scored as a Pass/Fail.
4. If retaking the exam, you only have to retake the parts you did not pass.

Re-Testing

• For CPT/CCS:  The following prices are valid at scheduled exam locations only: 
• Written Exam Retest fee is $40..00
• Practical Retest fee is $30.00 (per practical)

Off-Site Re-testing:

• The Off Site Retest Fee for the Written is $45.00 . There is an additional fee of $85 for offsite testing.
• The Off Site Retest Fee for Practicals is $35.00 per practical. There is an additional fee of $85 for offsite testing.
