When you take the Certified Personal Trainer Course through the Merritt Personal Training Academy you will meet one evening per week for six sessions. During the last session you will be given the NSPA Certified Personal Trainer Exam. This Exam will contain practical assessments as well as a written test. Upon successful completion of the exam you will be a Certified Personal Trainer through NSPA. Certifications are renewed every two years. Trainers must complete 24 Continuing Education Credits (CEUs/CECs) in order to renew.

This is 6 week course that meets on Monday nights for 6 weeks.
The last meeting of this course will include the NSPA CPT exam. You will receive electronic copies of the manual and study guides prior to the course start.
